Arriving over 15 minutes late for your appointment will result in a $25 late fee or rescheduling. Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
No-shows will incur no less than a $50 default penalty fine. Any services over $100 will incur a 50% fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. No-shows must pay the fee in FULL in order to schedule another appointment with Genetik Bleu. We understand emergencies happen, and we will work with you to reschedule if necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash. Please note that we do not accept credit cards. New clients should verify their stylist information before sending any payments.
